Position ResponsibilitiesThe role includes the following daily duties:• Lead, coach and develop the customer service team.&nbsp;• Oversee customer service procedures across all departments.&nbsp;• Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and timely resolutions.&nbsp;• Resolve escalations with professionalism and urgency, ensuring positive outcomes.&nbsp;• Refine internal processes to improve service levels, workflow efficiency and team performance.&nbsp;• Participate in recruitment activities including interviewing, evaluating and onboarding new team members.&nbsp;• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and support long term partnerships.Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required&nbsp;Candidates must meet the following requirements:&nbsp;• Minimum of two years experience as a Customer Service Manager or a similar leadership/managerial role.&nbsp;• Relevant diploma level qualification in business or a related field.&nbsp;• Proficiency in microsoft office software and CRM systems.&nbsp;• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.&nbsp;• Strong business acumen and an understanding of customer needs.&nbsp;• Strong priority management skills with the ability to thrive under pressure.&nbsp;• Problem solving skills.&nbsp;• Strong leadership capability with a focus on developing people and building high performing teams.Applications can be emailed to office@topremovals.com.auPlease note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
